18 Jun goodbye edinburgh, welcome staffordshire
he time has come for me to let you all know that I’m leaving Edinburgh! I’m pleased to say that this is for a very happy reason! I’m moving back to England to be with my fiance!
I’m very sad to leave behind the wonderful people I’ve met in Edinburgh through practicing mindfulness together over the last 2 and a half years. I really feel that a community of practitioners has been built and hope very much that it will continue.
I was delighted to learn recently that several of the participants from my 8 week courses or one to ones are now about to start learning to teach mindfulness, so let’s keep the mindful life blossoming in Edinburgh through the ‘generations’!
I’ll be back every so often for drop ins at the Salisbury Centre and 1 day mindfulness workshops. I’m also running a weekend workshop at the Gillis Centre in Edinburgh in October (more info).
Kristine Mackenzie-Janson is taking over my work in Edinburgh and she’ll come along to the next – my last!! – drop in (2nd July), to meet you all.‘m very happy to say that my dear friend and colleague
I'm still available for phone/Skype one to ones and of course for any questions via email. And if any of you know anyone in the West Midlands area to recommend me to please do!! Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent area.
wish you all the best of luck with your practice and your lives. May you all be well, happy and healthy and may your mindfulness practice be an ever-present resource in your own lives and in those of others.
