session notes

theme: finding the natural inclination to practice

Over the years I’ve found that the biggest challenge for mindfulness practitioners is that many people have a strong wish to practice but just can’t get themselves to actually do it.

Kristine and I will share our experience around this with you. We’ll do a reflection to uncover the hidden dynamics around our motivation and inspiration to practice, looking at what might be holding us back.

We’ll also look at the importance of community and teachers as inspiration.

And we have visiting teacher Andy Longhena leading us with some mindful movement.
