- These drop ins are for those who have completed my 8 week course or have a grounding in mindfulness practice from elsewhere
- This is an opportunity to share experiences, practice together and explore ideas and new practices around a theme such as self-compassion, deepening embodiment or life values and mindfulness
- on the first Thursday of the month (please check to confirm before coming)

theme: Creative Explorations
Whether you deem yourself creative or not, come along and explore how we can be creative within our mindfulness practice and how our mindfulness practice can inspire us to be creative. Remember, if you feel intimidated or blocked around creativity, all the more reason to come, as we will explore the blocks as part of our session.
If you have found yourself writing a poem inspired by mindfulness, or drawing a picture or playing a piece of music please feel free to bring your creative piece along to share with the group as inspiration for us all. Don’t let your self-critic prevent you! It doesn’t have to be perfect, or even ‘good’. This will be sharing creativity in a playful atmosphere. Follow my dad’s example – he’s just completing a short course in stand up comedy at the age of 66! 🙂
We’ll also practice together, discuss and inquire as usual.
