Mindfulness in Nature – What could be more replenishing?

Mindfulness in Nature – What could be more replenishing?

Here are two opportunities to find space and peace in the sanctuary that nature can provide. Nature naturally facilitates the settling of the mind out of busyness and confusion, allowing a gentle quiet, wholesomeness and peace to emerge. Mindfulness in nature can help to open us to a feeling of ease and ok-ness even in the midst of turbulence.

In June we will be running a two day retreat in the beautiful woods by the river at Collinton Dell in the midst of the city.

In October a longer retreat of 4 days at the exquisite retreat centre Anam Cara, in the hills outside Inverness
