4 WEEK MINDFULNESS BASICS COURSE

Join this 4 week course for a ‘pure and simple’ introduction to the basics of mindfulness practice.

Open to those new to mindfulness or those wanting to refresh the foundations of their practice.

 

Conveniently located in the centre of Edinburgh’s old town, these sessions will introduce techniques to relax, de-stress and learn about how to skillfully train our minds for well-being.

what is mindfulness?

We’ll enjoy guided practices followed by inquiry and discussion.
